📦 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every item you receive from Little Pinay Shop! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

• We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at shoplittlepinay@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
2. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange.
   

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Notes

• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.
